PHROM’s Secretariat Officer has just returned from a 5 day training under the Erasmus + Funding, aimed at strengthening Youth Participation in Decision Making. A total of 30 participants from 18 different countries came to the Training Course (TC) in the European Youth Centre, Budapest.

The TC covered various topics such as the criteria and good practices of involving youth in decision-making processes, Erasmus + Funding, the process of the Structured Dialogue, on-line campaign tools and, the sharing of project ideas. The participants were also invited to the Cafe + organised at Europa Point to discuss Youth Participation with various Youth Leaders and guest speaker, Tamás Schanda, Deputy State Minister for Family and Youth Affairs, Ministry of Human Capacities.

The TC was intense and very successful. PHROM looks forward to collaborate with the participants on future projects and has already introduced some of our Member Organisations to possible partners. A special thanks goes to the Organisers: NIFSP – Youth in Action Programme Office (Hungarian National Agency of Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme) and the co-organisers: Italian National Agency of Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme (National Agency), Maltese National Agency of Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme (National Agency) and, SALTO PARTICIPATION (SALTO).
